新華社北京5月21日電 記者21日從最高人民檢察院獲悉，中國建設銀行原黨委委員、副行長章更生涉嫌受賄、違法發(fā)放貸款一案，由國家監(jiān)察委員會調查終結，移送檢察機關審查起訴。日前，經(jīng)最高人民檢察院指定管轄，山東省人民檢察院依法以涉嫌受賄罪、違法發(fā)放貸款罪對章更生作出逮捕決定。案件正在進一步辦理中。（完）
