2025年5月19日15時許，一輛黑色小型客車沿G15沈海高速由南向北行駛至817公里處時，因打瞌睡導致車輛行駛方向偏移，刮擦左側護欄后反彈撞擊右側護欄，造成車輛及路產損壞。
所幸事發時無其他車輛經過，且車上人員均正確使用安全帶，受傷輕微。
