執教熱刺兩年間101場比賽47勝14平40負，勝率46.53%，并在今年帶隊奪得了2024/25賽季歐聯杯冠軍，鎖定了下賽季的歐冠資格。
他與熱刺的合約至2027年夏天到期，不過據此前多家媒體記者報道，他將會在今夏正式下課。
