北京時間6月9日，據知名轉會專家羅馬諾消息，曼城將正式簽下謝爾基，雙方將簽約五年。
謝爾基出自里昂青訓，于2020年升入一線隊。他一共為里昂出場189次，打入29球并送出45次助攻。目前他在德轉的身價為4500萬歐元。
據羅馬諾隨后補充，謝爾基的轉會費為3500萬歐元，另有600萬歐元的附加條款。
