據報道，6月12日，鄧紫棋發文稱與前公司的官司已經打了六年，已經超過六年沒收到自己舊歌的版稅，今天宣布重錄舊作。
天眼查App顯示，鄧紫棋前經紀公司蜂鳥音樂有限公司曾注冊多枚“鄧紫棋”“G.E.M.”商標，國際分類涉及廣告銷售、教育娛樂等。值得注意的是，目前多枚“鄧紫棋”“G.E.M.”商標狀態為撤銷/無效宣告申請審查中。
