近日,一款產(chǎn)自義烏的“太陽能風(fēng)扇帽”在海外掀起熱潮,成了不少人的“降溫神器”。
A simple yet ingenious invention from Yiwu, Zhejiang province has taken international social media by storm. The "solar-powered fan hat" has emerged as a sought-after "cooling gadget" for outdoor enthusiasts.

其爆火源于美國一名TikTok博主的父親節(jié)禮物視頻。視頻里,博主給正在戶外燒烤的父親送上了父親節(jié)禮物——“一頂太陽能風(fēng)扇帽”。
“這頂帽子是在TikTok上買的,只要不到40美元,還是太陽能供電,這樣你就戴著它戶外燒烤或者打理院子了。”博主舉著帽子向爸爸安利。
The hat's popularity can be traced back to a heartwarming Father's Day video posted by a TikTok creator. The video featured the creator surprising his father, who was barbecuing outdoors, with the unique hat. "Got this on TikTok for under $40! It's solar-powered, so you can wear it while grilling or working in the yard," the creator enthusiastically explained while presenting the gift.

這條視頻一經(jīng)發(fā)布便迅速走紅。截至目前,該視頻的播放量已達(dá)數(shù)百萬次,點(diǎn)贊數(shù)超過56萬,評(píng)論區(qū)更是變成大型“種草”現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。
The father's delighted reaction – dancing with joy and exclaiming, "No way, this must cost like $100!" – instantly resonated with viewers. The video rapidly went viral, amassing millions of views. The comment section transformed into a wave of enthusiastic endorsements.

據(jù)潮新聞,該風(fēng)扇帽生產(chǎn)廠家的廠長江泳滔介紹:“帽檐內(nèi)側(cè)的這兩個(gè)小風(fēng)扇是核心專利。”
此外,風(fēng)扇的頂部裝有太陽能板,可以在陽光下自動(dòng)供電,陰天也能用USB充電,還有檔位可以調(diào)節(jié)。
Jiang Yongtao, the factory director behind the hat's production, has highlighted its key features. "The core patented technology lies in these two small fans integrated inside the brim," Jiang explained. The fans are powered by solar panels mounted on top of the hat, providing continuous operation in sunlight. For cloudy days or indoor use, the hat also supports USB charging and offers adjustable fan speeds.
江泳滔表示,該款風(fēng)扇帽當(dāng)前在海外售價(jià)約40美元,上線28天就賣出1.11萬頂,銷售額突破320萬元人民幣。
據(jù)鳳凰網(wǎng)財(cái)經(jīng)報(bào)道,江泳滔表示,如今工廠完全被訂單“追著跑”。
目前,工廠已經(jīng)出貨十幾萬頂風(fēng)扇帽,還有單子源源不斷涌進(jìn)來。工廠的生產(chǎn)線直接從2條擴(kuò)充到了6條,排單也已經(jīng)塞到8月。車間里機(jī)器和工人都要“干冒煙了”。
談到為什么會(huì)設(shè)計(jì)這樣一款產(chǎn)品時(shí),江泳滔表示:“簡(jiǎn)單說,消費(fèi)者想要什么樣的東西,我們就去造,就去迭代更新,才能在千變?nèi)f化的市場(chǎng)當(dāng)中生存立足。”
在他看來,雖說只是一頂帽子,但只要設(shè)計(jì)巧妙、花心思去做,給予消費(fèi)者更好的使用體驗(yàn)和情緒價(jià)值,一定可以“闖”出一番成績(jī)。
When asked about the inspiration behind the design, Jiang emphasized a customer-centric approach: "Simply put, we create and continuously iterate based on what consumers want. This is how we survive and establish ourselves in an ever-changing market."
He believes that even a seemingly simple product like a hat can achieve significant success through clever design, meticulous attention to detail, and a focus on enhancing user experience and emotional resonance.
