制作步驟:
1.水靈靈的西葫蘆洗干凈,用擦絲器把它擦成細絲。加入鹽小半勺,用手輕輕抓拌均勻,靜靜待上10分鐘。
2.西葫蘆絲出了不少水,把西葫蘆絲里的水分盡量擠干。放入一個大碗里,打入2個雞蛋,加入切好的蔥花,撒上一點點白胡椒粉。
3.碗中分次篩入50克面粉,用筷子順著一個方向攪拌均勻,直到形成沒有干粉顆粒的、略微黏稠的面糊。如果太干,稍微加一點點水。
4.平底鍋刷上一層薄薄的食用油,油熱后,轉成中小火!用勺子舀一勺面糊倒入鍋中,用勺背輕輕攤平,攤成你喜歡的厚薄和大小。
5.中小火慢慢煎,不要急著翻面。等到餅的底部凝固定型,邊緣微微翹起,顏色變得金黃,就可以小心地給它翻個面啦。
6.餅翻面后,繼續用中小火煎2-3分鐘,直到另一面也變成漂亮的金黃色,用鍋鏟輕輕按壓餅面,感覺有彈性,不軟塌塌的,那就說明熟透啦!
