記者16日從浙江省水利廳獲悉，受高空槽和今年第1號臺風(fēng)“蝴蝶”外圍共同影響，錢塘江流域近48小時降雨量達到68.9毫米。6月16日14時20分，錢塘江流域蘭溪站水位達到警戒水位28米，錢塘江發(fā)生今年第1場編號洪水。
