在習水縣這片充滿溫情的土地上，總有一些人默默付出，用自己的行動溫暖著他人，詮釋著奉獻的力量。陳宗良便是這樣一位令人欽佩的公益踐行者，自2014年起，他一頭扎進公益事業的海洋，十一年如一日，從未停歇，用堅持與付出書寫著不平凡的篇章。

2014年，陳宗良懷著滿腔熱忱，以個人身份投身公益事業，開啟了這場意義非凡的愛心之旅。起初，他穿梭在城市的各個角落，哪里有需要，哪里就能看到他忙碌的身影。從關愛孤寡老人，為他們送去生活物資、陪他們嘮家常解悶，到助力貧困學子，捐贈學習用品、資助學費，讓夢想的火種得以延續，每一次的志愿服務，他都全情投入。數千小時的個人志愿服務時長，見證了他一路走來的艱辛與執著，這背后是無數個放棄休息、奔赴一線的日子，而他卻甘之如飴。“我從事公益事業已經11年有余，在這條公益路上，我參與了志愿服務400余次，服務時長共計4000小時，累計服務困境兒童300余人，困難人員6000余人。”陳宗良介紹道。

同年，陳宗良肩負起更重的責任，任職黨支部書記。他深知，僅憑個人的力量是有限的，要想讓公益的火種呈燎原之勢，必須凝聚更多人的力量。于是，他憑借出色的組織動員能力，奔走呼號，向身邊的人講述公益的意義與價值。在他的感召下，數百人紛紛加入公益志愿服務隊伍，一支充滿愛心、富有戰斗力的團隊逐漸壯大成形。

為了給受助群體提供更有力的支持，陳宗良將目光投向了物資募集。他帶領組織積極發動捐贈人，講述那些亟待幫助的故事，傳遞急需援手的迫切信號。功夫不負有心人，多年來，捐贈人在他的帶動下踴躍捐款捐物，累計金額高達300多萬元。這些物資如同一股股暖流，流向了各個需要的地方，為困境中的人們帶去希望與慰藉。“我們協會自成立以來，共籌集了300萬余元的資金，用于幫扶各類困境群體。在志愿服務領域，我們致力于關注習水縣困境兒童、孤寡老人、殘疾人等群體，開展各類助學、助老、禁毒城市文明倡導、愛心獻血等志愿服務。”陳宗良說道。

而由他帶領的協會志愿者們，更是在志愿服務的道路上大步前行，數萬小時的服務時長熠熠生輝。無論是大型賽事的現場引導、秩序維護，還是自然災害后的搶險救災、物資分發；無論是社區里的環境美化、便民服務，還是偏遠山區的支教幫扶、醫療義診，協會志愿者們的身影無處不在。他們用汗水澆灌著愛心之花，讓這座城市乃至更遠的地方，都因這份付出而變得更加美好。

11年公益路，陳宗良付出的不僅僅是時間與精力，更是一份對社會、對他人沉甸甸的責任。他用行動證明，一個人的力量可以匯聚成河，一群人的堅守能夠鑄就愛的豐碑。如今，站在十年的節點上回望，那些受過幫助的人們綻放的笑容，那些與志愿者們并肩作戰的日夜，都成為了他前行路上最寶貴的財富。未來，他將繼續懷揣著這份初心，帶著更多人在公益的道路上砥礪奮進，向著光的方向，為社會傳遞更多溫暖與力量，續寫屬于他們的公益傳奇。“11年的公益之路，讓我見證了無數溫暖瞬間，也收獲了許多成長。未來，我將帶著這份熱愛繼續前行，在更多的志愿服務中發光發熱。”陳宗良表示。
