據(jù)央視新聞報(bào)道，近日，寧波海關(guān)所屬北侖海關(guān)關(guān)員在對(duì)一批兒童玩具、塑料杯子等貨物進(jìn)行查驗(yàn)時(shí)，發(fā)現(xiàn)該毛絨玩具疑似侵犯“ Labubu 春日精靈系列”著作權(quán)。
經(jīng)聯(lián)系權(quán)利人確認(rèn)，該批貨物均為侵權(quán)貨物。經(jīng)清點(diǎn)，侵權(quán)兒童玩具共有20240個(gè)。目前，海關(guān)已依法扣留該批貨物。
