據介紹，《四海兄弟：故鄉》是一款沉浸式、線性的游戲作品，采用電影式敘事，講述一段發生于 1900 年代的西西里島幫派集團中的黑幫故事，玩家將化身恩佐?法瓦拉，為生存而戰，向黑手黨人證明你的價值。
