6月22日，周星馳迎來63歲生日，45歲張柏芝發布視頻為其慶生。
值得注意的是，張柏芝在封面和片尾放了《喜劇之王》劇照，并配文“年年有今日，歲歲有今朝”，讓不少網友再度感嘆“回憶殺”。
1999年，周星馳自導自演了帶有自傳性質的喜劇片《喜劇之王》，與張柏芝的共同演繹創造了不少經典臺詞和鏡頭。
