2025年6月25日，中國駐美國大使兼常駐美洲國家組織（OAS）觀察員謝鋒率中國政府代表團出席在安巴首都圣約翰舉行的OAS第55屆年會，并在成員國與觀察員國對話會上發表講話。
謝鋒在發言中表示，發展繁榮是中拉的天然權利，實現現代化是中拉的共同追求。
