24日，英國前首相托尼·布萊爾在2025年夏季達沃斯論壇上說，“1988年我第一次來中國，很多人騎自行車，那時他們想開汽車。而現在，我發現中國人又想騎自行車了。”
布萊爾表示，中國日新月異的發展歸功于改革開放，這可能是人類歷史上最偉大的轉型奇跡。
