IT之家 7 月 8 日消息，科技媒體 512pixels 昨日（7 月 7 日）發(fā)布博文，在升級 macOS 26 Tahoe 系統(tǒng)的 MacBook Pro 和 MacBook Air 筆記本上，實(shí)測確認(rèn)新系統(tǒng)已無法兼容識別 FireWire（火線）設(shè)備。
IT之家曾于今年 6 月報(bào)道，有用戶反饋蘋果 macOS 26 系統(tǒng)不再支持 FireWire 數(shù)據(jù)傳輸標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。為驗(yàn)證這條消息，曾在蘋果擔(dān)任技術(shù)員的編輯 Stephen Hackett 使用老舊的 FireWire 800 硬盤測試。
要將這個老舊的硬盤連接到現(xiàn)代 Mac 上，需要一系列的轉(zhuǎn)接器：
- MacBook Pro（Thunderbolt 5）
- 蘋果品牌的 Thunderbolt 3 至 2 轉(zhuǎn)接器
- 蘋果品牌的 Thunderbolt 2 至 FireWire 800 轉(zhuǎn)接器
- 以及一條 FireWire 800 線纜用于連接硬盤。
在 macOS 15 Sequoia 系統(tǒng)中，可以正常顯示 FireWire 800 連接的硬盤，但在 macOS 26 Tahoe 系統(tǒng)中，已經(jīng)無法識別。

從實(shí)測數(shù)據(jù)來看，證實(shí)了用戶此前的反饋，表明FireWire時隔 26年，退出Mac平臺。
