晚上十點，我窩在沙發上擼貓，橘貓“橘子”正蜷在我懷里打呼，毛茸茸的腦袋蹭得我胳膊發癢。剛想湊上去親它額頭，突然想起上周閨蜜說的“弓形蟲”——她同事懷孕后把貓送了，說怕感染。我盯著橘子圓溜溜的眼睛，突然慌了：它平時蹦蹦跳跳的，會不會偷偷帶了弓形蟲？

其實很多鏟屎官都有這疑惑。弓形蟲這玩意兒，對貓來說像“隱形小偷”，大部分時候藏得嚴嚴實實，只有當貓抵抗力弱時才會露馬腳。但只要你夠細心，還是能從日常細節里抓住它的尾巴。

一、先搞懂：為什么貓有弓形蟲卻看不出來？

貓是弓形蟲的“終末宿主”，意思是弓形蟲只能在貓體內完成繁殖。但大部分貓感染后，身體會自動“壓制”蟲體，不會出現明顯癥狀——就像人得了新冠沒發燒，只是有點乏力。只有小奶貓、懷孕的貓，或者剛換了環境、生病的貓（比如得了貓瘟），抵抗力下降時，弓形蟲才會“興風作浪”。

二、貓有弓形蟲的5個“藏不住”的信號

如果你家貓出現以下情況，別不當回事，最好帶它去醫院查一查：

1. 突然變“懶癌晚期”

平時早上準時跳上床叫你起床的貓，突然窩在貓窩里一整天，連玩具老鼠都懶得碰；你蹲下來叫它，它只是抬抬眼皮，尾巴都不搖——這不是“性格變乖”，很可能是弓形蟲影響了它的精神狀態。

2. 吃飯像“挑刺兒”

以前看見貓條就撲過來的貓，突然對飯盆里的糧“視而不見”；甚至聞一下就扭頭走，偶爾吃兩口還會吐——吐出來的是沒消化的貓糧，或者黃黃的胃液。這時候要注意，弓形蟲可能已經傷到它的腸胃了。

3. 拉軟便/腹瀉“老不好”

貓的大便最能反映健康狀況。如果它突然拉稀，大便不成型，甚至帶點血，而且持續3天以上，吃了益生菌也沒改善——別以為是“吃壞了肚子”，弓形蟲引起的腸炎也會這樣。

4. 像“感冒”卻總不好

貓突然咳嗽、打噴嚏，鼻子里流出清水樣的分泌物；眼睛紅紅的，有眼屎；摸它的耳朵尖，感覺發燙（正常貓耳溫是38-39℃，超過39.5℃就是發燒）。這些“感冒癥狀”如果持續一周沒好，可能是弓形蟲引起的呼吸道感染。

5. 懷孕貓的“異常情況”

如果家里有懷孕的母貓，突然出現流產（比如流出帶血的分泌物）、生下死胎，或者小貓出生后畸形（比如四肢不全、眼睛沒睜開）——這很可能是弓形蟲通過胎盤傳給了小貓，必須馬上帶母貓去醫院。

三、光看癥狀不夠，得靠“科學檢查”

剛才說的這些癥狀，其實也可能是別的?。ū热缒c胃炎、貓鼻支），所以不能光靠“猜”。要確診貓有沒有弓形蟲，必須去寵物醫院做這兩項檢查：

1. 糞便試紙檢測

用專門的弓形蟲試紙，取貓的糞便樣本檢測。如果試紙顯示兩條杠，說明貓正在排出弓形蟲卵囊（這種情況很少見，因為貓一生只排一次卵囊，而且需要在外界發育2-4天才有傳染性）。

2. 血液PCR檢查

抽貓的靜脈血，做聚合酶鏈式反應（PCR）檢測。這種方法能準確測出貓體內有沒有弓形蟲的DNA，是目前最靠譜的診斷方式。

四、預防比“找癥狀”更重要

其實，只要做好這幾點，就能大大降低貓感染弓形蟲的概率：

1. 別給貓吃生肉、生蛋，所有肉類都要煮熟（比如雞胸肉煮10分鐘以上）；

2. 不讓貓出去抓老鼠、鳥（這些動物可能攜帶弓形蟲）；

3. 定期給貓做體內驅蟲（比如每3個月用一次含“磺胺類”成分的驅蟲藥）；

4. 清理貓砂盆時戴手套，之后用肥皂認真洗手（弓形蟲不會通過“擼貓”傳染，只要不接觸貓屎就沒事）。
