清晨剛把溫?zé)岬墓芳Z倒進(jìn)不銹鋼碗，就看見平時(shí)蹦跳著撲過來的小柴犬縮在沙發(fā)底下，耳朵耷拉得像被雨打濕的柳葉，鼻子干得裂開幾道細(xì)小的紋，眼角掛著黏糊糊的黃眼屎——我蹲下來叫它名字，它只抬了抬眼皮，又把腦袋埋回爪子里。要是你家狗也有這副“蔫得像霜打了的茄子”的模樣，可千萬別當(dāng)成普通感冒隨便喂點(diǎn)感冒藥，很可能是犬瘟熱這個(gè)“隱形殺手”找上了門。

一、初期：像感冒卻比感冒“磨人”，別被“假好轉(zhuǎn)”騙了

犬瘟熱剛發(fā)作的時(shí)候，簡直跟感冒是“雙胞胎”：狗會(huì)突然沒精神，以前追著球跑半小時(shí)都不累，現(xiàn)在走兩步就趴在地上，連尾巴都懶得搖；體溫升到39.5℃以上，摸它的耳朵根像摸剛出鍋的饅頭，燙得嚇人；鼻子里流清鼻涕，偶爾打噴嚏，像人感冒時(shí)那樣“阿嚏”一聲，濺得地板上都是小水珠；眼睛里有漿液性的分泌物，慢慢變成黏糊糊的，把眼角的毛都粘成一撮一撮的。這時(shí)候它可能還能吃點(diǎn)東西，但吃得很慢，像嚼蠟似的，連最愛吃的雞胸肉干都聞兩下就扭頭。

最狡猾的是，大概過個(gè)2-3天，體溫會(huì)突然降下來，像好了一樣——狗又開始搖尾巴，湊過來要吃的，你以為“感冒好了”，其實(shí)這是犬瘟熱的“假好轉(zhuǎn)”。病毒正在偷偷往更深的器官鉆，接下來的癥狀會(huì)更嚴(yán)重。

二、中期：從“感冒”變“重病”，鼻子眼睛都“爛”了，連飯都吃不下

大概1周左右，體溫會(huì)“反彈”，這次燒得更厲害，能到40℃以上，喂退燒藥也不管用。鼻子里的清鼻涕變成了黃膿樣，堵在鼻孔里，狗只能張著嘴呼吸，呼出來的氣有股淡淡的臭味；眼睛腫得像桃子，眼角的分泌物結(jié)了厚厚的痂，有時(shí)候會(huì)流眼淚，把眼睛周圍的毛都泡得發(fā)紅；咳嗽得厲害，像被什么東西卡住了喉嚨，“咔咔”的聲音聽得人心里發(fā)慌，連喝水都嗆。

這時(shí)候消化系統(tǒng)也會(huì)“罷工”：狗會(huì)嘔吐，吐出來的是黃色的黏液，有時(shí)候帶點(diǎn)血絲，粘在地板上干了之后像膠水；拉稀，糞便里有黏液甚至血液，聞起來特別臭，像腐爛的東西；它會(huì)變得越來越瘦，肋骨都能摸得到，肚子癟得像沒裝東西的口袋，連水都喝不下，只能趴在地上舔自己的爪子。

三、晚期：神經(jīng)被“啃”了，抽抽搐搐像觸電，連站都站不穩(wěn)

要是沒及時(shí)治療，大概2-3周就會(huì)進(jìn)入晚期，這時(shí)候病毒已經(jīng)侵入了神經(jīng)，癥狀會(huì)變得“嚇人”：狗會(huì)突然開始抽搐，有時(shí)候是后腿一抽一抽的，像踩在棉花上，走路搖搖晃晃；有時(shí)候是全身抽，像觸電一樣，四肢亂蹬，嘴里流白沫，眼睛翻白，叫它也沒反應(yīng)；有的狗會(huì)原地轉(zhuǎn)圈，撞墻，或者后腿癱瘓，只能拖著身子走；還有的狗會(huì)出現(xiàn)癲癇癥狀，突然倒在地上，四肢亂蹬，過一會(huì)兒才會(huì)好，但好了之后會(huì)特別累，趴在地上不動(dòng)，連尾巴都不搖。

這時(shí)候治愈的希望已經(jīng)很小了，就算治好，也可能留下后遺癥——比如經(jīng)常抽搐，或者后腿無力，再也不能像以前那樣蹦跳著追球了。

四、從清鼻涕到抽抽搐，犬瘟熱的發(fā)展過程，養(yǎng)狗的你得知道

犬瘟熱不是“突然爆發(fā)”的，它像一顆“定時(shí)炸彈”，從初期的“感冒樣”到中期的“重病樣”，再到晚期的“神經(jīng)樣”，一步步摧毀狗的身體。要是你家狗出現(xiàn)這些癥狀，一定要趕緊送寵物醫(yī)院——越早治，希望越大。

其實(shí)，預(yù)防犬瘟熱最有效的方法就是打疫苗。小狗45天的時(shí)候打第一針疫苗，之后每隔21天打一針，連打三針，然后每年加強(qiáng)一針，就能有效預(yù)防犬瘟熱。平時(shí)也要注意，別讓狗接觸流浪狗，別去狗多的地方，比如狗公園、寵物醫(yī)院，避免感染病毒。
