經中歐雙方商定，歐洲理事會主席科斯塔、歐盟委員會主席馮德萊恩將于7月24日訪華。國家主席習近平將會見科斯塔主席和馮德萊恩主席，國務院總理李強將同歐盟兩主席共同主持第二十五次中國—歐盟領導人會晤。
