7月27日，受連續強降雨影響，國道111（京漠線）河防口至湯河口段、國道234（興陽線）懷柔境內全線、范崎路交界河至三岔段道路受損，雙向封閉交通進行搶修。
為保障搶通工程車輛通行，請過往車輛推遲前往上述路段或繞行其他道路。
目前，懷柔X004范崎路K37+100至K38+600（大地村附近）淤泥上路，已清理了一條車道。
