7月27日8時，北京市規自委聯合市氣象局升級發布地質災害氣象風險紅色預警，目前密云、懷柔、延慶三區已發布暴雨紅色預警。當日10時30分，記者實地探訪密云區不老屯鎮，發現當地已斷水斷電，相關部門正清理道路，為后續搶修工作做準備。
