SAP QM 事務代碼QE01錄入結果報錯-The inspected sample size does not correspond to the required insp. scope-

1, 執行事務代碼QE01，為檢驗批10000000801錄入檢驗結果.

界面上’Inspect’字段值是25，自動從檢驗批上Sample size字段值帶過來,

錄入檢驗結果后回車，系統自動將字段’Inspected’也賦值25。

試圖將字段’Inspected’的值改成30，回車后系統報錯：The inspected sample size does not correspond to the required insp. Scope.

雙擊該報錯信息，得到如下的幫助信息：

Message no. QE403

Diagnosis

It is defined in the inspection plan by how much the number of recorded and valid inspection values can deviate from the planned number displayed in the 'Inspect' field.

System Response

The value you entered is not allowed for the inspection characteristic. The characteristic (partial sample) cannot be closed if the inspection scope is not adhered to.

Procedure

Check and, if necessary, correct your entry.

2, 經查，出現該報錯，是因為檢驗特性的control indicator設置里的Inspection Scope被設置為‘Fixed Scope’,如下圖示：

執行事務代碼QS23修改改檢驗批的檢驗計劃里的該檢驗特性的control indicator的Inspection scope為‘Scope Not Fixed’,

同時也要更新檢驗計劃里該檢驗特性為新version.

3, 重新trigger一個新的檢驗批.

執行事務代碼QE01為其錄入檢驗結果，

修改Inspected字段值為30，回車不報錯，保存，

執行QE03看這個檢驗批的檢驗結果，

成功了！
