這臺手術做了兩個多小時。主要的難點在于，囊腫周圍廣泛粘連，囊腫生長速度快，大約1/2的囊腫區域缺乏卵巢皮質，無法做到有效剝離，且容易漏下囊壁，從而增加復發風險。手術出血量也偏多！
