中國(guó)有數(shù)千萬(wàn)肢體畸形殘疾，隨著人口老齡化老年性肢體殘障增多，建立科學(xué)的分類(lèi)系統(tǒng)，才能正確指導(dǎo)個(gè)體化評(píng)價(jià)并制定適宜的治療與康復(fù)方案。制定得到國(guó)際同行認(rèn)可的分類(lèi)法是個(gè)龐大的系統(tǒng)工程，誰(shuí)能擔(dān)當(dāng)這個(gè)歷史使命？只能落在秦泗河醫(yī)生肩上！

北京大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)出版社呈報(bào)，這個(gè)項(xiàng)目獲得2021年度“國(guó)家出版基金立項(xiàng)”支持。秦泗河邀請(qǐng)北京積水潭醫(yī)院手外科田文教授，北京協(xié)和醫(yī)院脊柱外科莊乾宇教授編寫(xiě)，病因\病種\病情分類(lèi)全部以真實(shí)病例圖片為基礎(chǔ),2023年”北大醫(yī)學(xué)出版社”出了中文版，2024年Springer出版了英文版，書(shū)名更為”肢體畸形圖譜-病因分類(lèi)”《Atlas of Limb Deformity-Etiological Classification》，證明秦泗河等提出的“肢體畸形病因分類(lèi)”不僅是中國(guó)的也是世界的。本書(shū)中英雙語(yǔ)出版，填補(bǔ)了國(guó)際醫(yī)學(xué)界一項(xiàng)大的空白，真可謂“大智源自天啟，使命成就崇高”將“內(nèi)容摘要”推送同行分享。

內(nèi)容提要

本書(shū)是第一部對(duì)中國(guó)不同類(lèi)別肢體畸形病因病種、臨床表現(xiàn)，診斷、分類(lèi)并提出矯形原則的專(zhuān)著。通過(guò)秦泗河矯形外科36664例各類(lèi)肢體畸形統(tǒng)計(jì)分析，聯(lián)合吸納相關(guān)專(zhuān)家病種、病例資料，錄入了284個(gè)病種。分為：先天性下肢畸形；遺傳與基因缺陷；發(fā)育障礙性，風(fēng)濕免疫與退變性畸形；腫瘤性疾病相關(guān)畸形；血管、血液與淋巴性疾病相關(guān)畸形；神經(jīng)源性疾病；感染性疾病；創(chuàng)傷后遺癥；脊柱脊髓畸形；先天性與基因異常相關(guān)上肢-手畸形；后天性上肢-手畸形以及綜合原因致肢體畸形13個(gè)大類(lèi)。闡述了肢體畸形定義的相對(duì)性，人類(lèi)千年對(duì)肢體畸形殘疾的認(rèn)知史，中國(guó)人肢體畸形病因病種特點(diǎn)及分類(lèi)方法，并從生物進(jìn)化與發(fā)育學(xué)解析，肢體畸形發(fā)生發(fā)展的動(dòng)態(tài)本質(zhì)，提出“肢體形態(tài)與功能重建”應(yīng)遵循模仿自然的生態(tài)法則。

Disease Classification of limb deformities in China

Synopsis

This book is the first monograph on classification and category of etiology, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, and orthopedic principles of different types of limb deformities in China. 284 diseases were recorded based on the statistical analysis of 36664 cases of limb deformities in Qin Sihe orthopaedic surgery department, combining the cases from other relevant experts. It is divided into: Congenital deformity of lower limb; Genetic and genetic defects; Dysplasia, rheumatic immunity and degenerative deformities; Tumor related deformities; Vascular, blood and lymphoid diseases related deformities; Neurogenic diseases; Infectious diseases; Traumatic sequelae; Spinal cord deformity; Congenital upper limb & hand deformities associated with genetic abnormality; and acquired upper limb & hand deformities caused by comprehensive causes. The relativity of the definition of limb deformity, the cognitive history of human beings on limb deformity and disability for thousands of years, and the characteristics and classification methods of the diseases category of limb deformity in Chinese population are expounded in this book, in which the dynamic nature of the occurrence and development of limb deformity from the perspective of biological evolution and auxology, is analyzed also. Finally, the author puts forward an ecological law that the reconstruction of limb appearance and function should imitating nature.
