據“上海市金山區精神衛生中心”消息，4月8日下午，該院召開干部會議，宣布班子成員的任免決定。
區委巡察辦副主任、區委組織部芮紹陽宣讀區委關于金山區精神衛生中心醫院領導班子調整的決定：任命黃燕峰同志擔任中共上海市金山區精神衛生中心支部委員會副書記、金山區精神衛生中心院長；免去侯國權同志中共上海市金山區精神衛生中心支部委員會副書記、金山區精神衛生中心院長職務。
黃燕峰、侯國權分別進行表態發言。
