江西省萍鄉(xiāng)市委原常委、市政府原副市長羅璇（副廳級）涉嫌貪污、受賄一案，由江西省監(jiān)察委員會調(diào)查終結(jié)，移送檢察機關(guān)審查起訴。經(jīng)江西省人民檢察院指定管轄，由上饒市人民檢察院審查起訴。日前，上饒市人民檢察院依法以涉嫌貪污罪、受賄罪對羅璇作出逮捕決定。該案正在進一步辦理中。
