尊敬的老師、親愛的同學們：

Dear teachers and classmates:

大家早上好！今天，我想和大家聊一個與我們生活息息相關的話題——不做手機的奴隸。

Today the topic is not being slaves to mobile phones.

不知從何時起，手機成了我們生活的中心，無論大人孩子，都將手機視若珍寶。當清晨的第一縷陽光還未完全照進房間，我們可能就被手機的消息提示音喚醒，下意識地解鎖屏幕；當老師在講臺上激情澎湃的講課時，我們卻偶爾回憶前一晚用手機刷到的短視頻、玩過的游戲情節。手機，這個我們生活中形影不離的伙伴，不知不覺間，卻成了主宰我們生活的“主人”。

Phones have become really important to us. In the morning, we may wake up because of the phone's sound and quickly look at it. When we are in the class, we think about the videos or the games that we watched or played on the phones last night. The mobile phone has become the "master"of our lives.

手機雖然方便了人們的生活，但帶來的傷害也是很大的，它嚴重影響了我們的社交能力。曾經，我們會因為朋友的一個電話，毫不猶豫地出門相聚，談天說地。可如今，即使面對面坐著，大家也只是各自低頭玩手機，交流變得越來越少。在家庭聚會中，祖孫三代圍坐一桌，卻沒有往日的歡聲笑語，取而代之的是此起彼伏的手機提示音和人們緊盯屏幕的專注神情。這樣的場景，難道不讓人感到悲哀嗎？

Phones make things easy, but they also bring problems. They make it hard for us to talk to others. Before, we would go out and have fun with friends. Now, even when we sit together, we just play on our phones and don't talk much. At family parties, people just look at their phones and there's no more happy talk. It's really sad.

長時間盯著手機屏幕，我們的視力急劇下降，頸椎也不堪重負，生活中近視眼的人越來越多。更可怕的是，手機里海量的信息和紛繁復雜的內容，讓我們的大腦時刻處于緊張和焦慮的狀態。我們沉迷于虛擬世界的短暫快樂，卻忽略了現實生活中真正的美好。

Looking at the phone screen for a long time is bad for our eyes and necks. More and more kids wear glasses. Also, there's so much stuff on the phone that makes us feel worried. We like the fun on the phone, but we forget about the nice things in real life.

我們是時候反思自己與手機的關系了。我們不能再任由手機擺布我們的生活，而要學會掌控手機，讓它成為我們生活的工具，而非主人。我們可以從一些小事做起。比如，給自己制定一個合理的手機使用計劃，規定使用手機的時長，避免過度沉迷。在與家人朋友相處時，主動放下手機，用心去傾聽他們的聲音，感受他們的情感。還可以培養一些健康的興趣愛好，如閱讀、運動、繪畫等，用這些活動來充實自己的生活，減少對手機的依賴。

We need to think about how we use phones. We should be the ones in charge, not the phones. We can do some easy things. Like, make a plan to use the phone for a short time each day. When we're with family or friends, put the phone away and listen to what they say. We can also find fun things to do, like reading, running, or drawing. These things can make our lives better and we won't need the phone so much.

同學們，讓我們一起行動起來，掙脫手機的枷鎖，重新擁抱真實的生活。去感受陽光的溫暖，去聆聽鳥兒的歌聲，去和身邊的人真誠地交流。讓我們的生活因擺脫手機的束縛而變得更加豐富多彩！謝謝大家！

Classmates, let's work together! Throw away the phone's chains and enjoy real life. Feel the warm sun, hear the birds sing, and talk to people. Let's make our lives super colorful by not being stuck to our phones! Thank you!
