- 將全部材料按照先液體后粉類的順序倒進廚師機
- 攪打成團
- 打成8成筋度的面團
- 面溫控制在26度內
- 打好的面團均分6份揉圓松弛
- 搟成長方形
- 在一頭鋪上蜜紅豆
- 也可以是栗子餡,或者什么餡都不加
- 從上至下卷起來,接口處捏緊
- 再從中間向兩頭搓長,長度大概20cm

- 搓好后拗成“J”造型
- 擺在烤盤里,送入冰箱冷凍40分鐘
- 冷凍好后的面包棍過堿水30秒撈出瀝出多余的堿水
- 擺到墊有油布的烤盤中,用刀片割出刀口
- 送入烤箱上管230度,下管180度烤15分鐘
- 刀口割深點,不然烤的時候會粘連在一起
(不然就會像我這樣割了仿佛又沒割,很尷尬)
- 烤好出爐放烤網上晾涼
- 紅豆餡的
- 栗泥餡的
