- 牛排肉清洗干凈切成大方塊放入盆中
- 加入黑胡椒碎
- 加入蠔油
- 加入料酒
- 加入生抽
- 加入淀粉
- 戴上手套抓拌至粘稠
- 抓拌至這個狀態
- 加入食用油,拌勻后腌制半個小時
- 大蒜瓣去皮備用
- 炒鍋里放入足量食用油燒熱加入大蒜瓣
- 油炸蒜瓣至焦黃
- 焦黃的蒜瓣撈出備用

- 油熱加入牛肉粒翻炒
- 炒制七成熟
