近日，山西懷仁，紅燈已亮起，由機動車道駛來的電動車卻絲毫未減速。電動車撞上綠燈通行的機動車，事故導致騎行人受傷。事故的發生，因闖紅燈直接導致，騎電動車老年人負事故全部責任。機動車綠燈正常通行，駕駛人沒有責任。來源：山西交警
