- 首先準備好所需食材
奶油奶酪隔熱水軟化加入細砂糖攪拌均勻
- 加入雞蛋和蛋黃攪拌均勻
- 加入淡奶油攪拌均勻
- 加入玉米淀粉攪拌均勻
- 香草莢切開,刮出香草籽
- 放入巴斯克面糊中攪拌均勻
- 面糊倒入模具中,需鋪油紙
- 送入提前預熱好的烤箱,上火230度下火130度烘烤18分鐘左右,每個人的烤箱不同,烘烤時間溫度僅作為參考!
