- 煮開煮出茶香
- 稍微放涼后,保鮮膜密封放入冰箱冷藏2個小時以下
- 60克牛奶里面加入4克紅茶碎
- 煮開后關火
- 蓋上蓋子悶上5分鐘悶出茶香
- 煮好的牛奶紅茶倒入盆中
- 剩余的紅茶碎就不要了
- 倒入玉米油
- 攪拌至沒有油花就可以了
- 篩入低筋面粉
- z字手法攪拌
- 看不見干粉就可以了
- 倒入四顆蛋黃
- z字手法攪拌
- 翻拌至面糊順滑的狀態
- 提前冷凍好的蛋白周圍有一圈冰渣
- 加入檸檬汁,倒入全部的細砂糖
