柿子終于脫離了月餅模具,開始席卷餅干屆了,不得不說,一個個小小的柿子還是非常可愛的。春節馬上來臨,在家里擺上一盤招待賓客,又好吃又能討個好口彩哦!
此方可以做大約35個小柿子曲奇。做葉片的模具隨便幾片花都可以,主打一個有啥用啥。
用料
黃油
100克
糖粉
50克
奶粉
30克
常溫全蛋液
30克
0.5克
低筋面粉
200克
金黃芝士粉
5克左右
抹茶粉
1-2克
柿柿如意小曲奇的做法
- 黃油常溫軟化到手指戳下去能輕松形成一個凹洞。
- 加入糖粉用硅刀拌勻至完全吸收,加入蛋液后用打蛋器攪打至順滑,不要過度打發。
- 加入鹽、奶粉稍微攪拌一下,再加入低筋面粉,先用硅刀切拌至無干粉,然后戴上手套揉均勻。
- 將面團取一小塊加入抹茶粉,剩下的加入金黃芝士粉揉均勻。
- 把金黃色面團平均分成10克一個搓圓放在烤盤上。
- 將綠色面團上下蓋上油紙,搟成3毫米厚度(可以用平衡尺)
- 用模具壓出花型后,放在金黃色面團上。(可以在金黃色面團表面噴上少許水霧,再放上綠色葉片粘性會更佳)
