打開新思路,用月餅模具烤餅干的做法
- 黃油常溫軟化到手指戳下去能輕松形成一個凹洞。
- 加入糖粉用硅刀拌勻至完全吸收,加入蛋液后用打蛋器攪打至順滑,不要過度打發。
- 加入鹽、奶粉稍微攪拌一下,再加入低筋面粉和高筋面粉,先用硅刀切拌至無干粉,然后戴上手套揉均勻。
- 將面團平均分成2份,分別加入自己喜歡的顏色色素后揉勻。

- 將面團分成15克一份,搓成長條(長條還是圓形根據自己的模具來),用模具壓出花型。
- 所有餅干壓完后,放入冰箱冷藏15-30分鐘。
- 將餅干放入預熱好的烤箱,風爐模式150度烤制20-25分鐘(上下火模式用165度,沒有風爐模式的只能一盤一盤烤,沒烤的可以先冷藏)
- 出爐晾涼后密封打包即可。
