- 準(zhǔn)備好食材。胡蘿卜切片,大蔥要兩段,洋蔥切塊
- 熱鍋倒油,把大蔥段和洋蔥塊放進(jìn)來,炒出香味
- 加入熱水,然后一大勺韓式辣醬
- 加150g韓式泡菜,中火煮5分鐘
- 加入自己喜歡的配菜,我放了平菇和胡蘿卜
- 蓋上鍋蓋,小火煮10分鐘
- 時(shí)間到后,把肥牛卷放進(jìn)來,中火煮
