白砂糖

耐高糖酵母

木薯(淀)粉

高筋粉
150克
可可粉
15克
葵花籽油
30克
泡打粉
4克
新中式糕點-可可馬拉糕蒸糕發(fā)糕的做法
- 白砂糖+溫水+酵母攪拌融化;
- 篩入木薯粉和高筋粉;
- 用蛋抽拌至無干粉后,再用刮刀壓至無顆粒;
- 密封放入烤箱用發(fā)酵功能,發(fā)至2倍大;
- 在此過程中,把可可粉和葵花籽油加一起攪拌融解成糊;
- 取出面糊,加入泡打粉和可可糊;
- 用蛋糕攪拌至完荃消泡;

- 模具無需fang粘處理,直接倒入,靜置10分鐘;
- 燒開一鍋水,并在模具上蓋上錫紙;
- 把模具放進鍋中,蓋上鍋蓋,中小火蒸45分鐘;
- 出鍋無需倒扣,晾涼后倒扣過來就可以脫模了。
