近日，深圳市民黃女士（化名）在某口腔門診部拔除智齒后，因持續(xù)劇烈頭痛復診，竟發(fā)現(xiàn)口腔內殘留手術車針，不得不接受全麻二次手術取出。5月12日，黃女士（化名）因事件嚴重影響工作生活，已向深圳市福田區(qū)衛(wèi)健局投訴。目前，涉事門診回應稱，正與患者協(xié)商解決。（第一現(xiàn)場）
