5月13日，聯(lián)合國安理會舉行加沙人道局勢緊急公開會，以色列提出軍隊分發(fā)人道援助方案，遭多國代表拒絕。中國常駐聯(lián)合國代表傅聰表示，以色列持續(xù)轟炸襲擊，每天都在造成新的無辜平民傷亡，近50萬加沙民眾處于災(zāi)難性饑餓。傅聰強調(diào)，實現(xiàn)持久停火是優(yōu)先事項，軍事手段無法解決問題，中方敦促以色列立即停止對加沙的軍事進攻。
