財聯社5月16日電，記者從5月16日上午舉行的2025年臨港科創大會上獲悉，新片區管委會將出資新設5億元的臨港啟航基金，作為天使基金，專門投向在臨港發展的種子期、初創型企業。同時，每年投入2億元左右資金用于“撥改投”創新試點項目和研發專項。 (澎湃新聞)
