財聯社5月16日電，據塔斯社報道，土耳其、美國和烏克蘭代表團均已抵達伊斯坦布爾談判會場——土耳其總統府伊斯坦布爾辦公區（多爾瑪巴赫切宮）。按照稍早前的報道，今天（5月16日）俄烏在伊斯坦布爾時隔三年重啟直接談判，安排有兩輪三方對話：當地時間10:45（北京時間15:45），將率先舉行土耳其、美國、烏克蘭的三方會談；12:30（北京時間17:30），再舉行土耳其、俄羅斯、烏克蘭的三方會談。 (CCTV國際時訊)
