有了家庭后,人們就多了一份責(zé)任,江蘇的陳怡雪是一個(gè)工作能力強(qiáng)的人,也是一個(gè)好老婆好媽媽,她把工作和家庭兼顧得很好,哪怕周末要加班,也會請來鐘點(diǎn)工,為老公和孩子做飯,希望他們吃好喝好。
這一天,陳怡雪又要加班,她趕緊聯(lián)系自己常用的鐘點(diǎn)工小敏,給了100元,希望小敏做三菜一湯,要葷素結(jié)合,營養(yǎng)均衡。小敏回了一個(gè)ok,保證完成任務(wù),帶著陳怡雪“現(xiàn)買現(xiàn)報(bào)”的原則,去市場買了新鮮的排骨,番茄,還有水果等,就上門做菜了。
到了飯點(diǎn),陳怡雪的老公和兒子看到桌子上的三菜一湯很滿意,還有美味的餐后水果,真是太豐盛了。首先是湯,大塊的排骨和筍子一起燉,春天的味道一下就出來了,湯底鮮甜而可口,喝起來熱乎乎的很滋補(bǔ),春筍的清香味直擊味蕾,讓人覺得爽口。起鍋還會煮幾顆魚丸,都是新鮮的大顆魚丸,好吃而不膩,還有營養(yǎng),真是讓人開胃啊。
骨頭湯單獨(dú)盛一些出來煮香菜和生菜,這香菜是郊區(qū)大爺自己種的,吃著放心,清洗干凈,去掉雜質(zhì),綠油油的帶著獨(dú)特的芳香味,是陳怡雪的兒子最愛的味道,他簡直是香菜狂熱分子,每次有香菜就會吃盡興。而加了骨頭湯的味道,這樣的香菜多了一份油潤和肉香味,吃起來更美味,一點(diǎn)也不寡淡了。

硬菜是這個(gè)紅燒牛排骨,牛肉比豬肉更有營養(yǎng),補(bǔ)血和補(bǔ)鐵,有助吸收和消化,所以陳怡雪家經(jīng)常買的就是牛肉,這個(gè)牛排骨她一次買很多,放在冰箱里慢慢吃。小敏只需要拿出來解凍,因?yàn)橐呀?jīng)切成小段方便處理,所以上糖色炒香,加大料大火燒開小火慢煮,起鍋時(shí)就很美味了,濃濃的肉香,吃起來不費(fèi)牙,不需要牙齒咀嚼,一抿就脫骨,肉香味充斥齒間,加上蔥香味和微微的辣味提味,一大盆牛排骨,父子二人很快就吃光,排骨的骨頭堆滿整個(gè)桌子,像一座小山似的。
