答：來華事由符合免簽政策規定的經商、旅游觀光、探親訪友、交流訪問或過境的外國人，經中國邊防檢查機關依法查驗準許后入境；對來華事由與免簽政策規定事由不符或具有其他法定不準入境情形的外國人，邊防檢查機關將依法作出不準入境決定。建議攜帶邀請函、機票酒店訂單等與來華事由相符合的證明材料。來華工作、學習、采訪報道等人員不屬于免簽范圍。
