財聯(lián)社5月23日電，我國企業(yè)和高校創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊提出太陽能電池材料鈣鈦礦的涂層革新技術(shù)，實現(xiàn)了平米級鈣鈦礦組件的穩(wěn)定批量生產(chǎn)，推動鈣鈦礦技術(shù)實現(xiàn)了從實驗室到規(guī)模化應(yīng)用的跨越。22日，該項研究成果發(fā)表于《科學(xué)》雜志。
