- 除果干堅果外的所有材料混合成團即可
- 成團后加入耐高溫巧克力豆 橙皮丁 堅果 繼續(xù)混合
- 室溫發(fā)酵至兩倍大
- 松弛發(fā)酵好后桌板盡可能撒多一些面粉 倒扣面團出來 面團表面也撒多一些面粉
- 分割成每個大概180g 總共做了7個
- 像這樣慢慢收起來 不要收死
- 室溫松弛發(fā)酵
- 發(fā)酵好后翻一面 松弛5分鐘就會自然有些裂紋出來了烤箱預熱210度16分鐘(還是看自己的烤箱脾氣)
