為助力綠色發展，搶抓政策紅利，4月以來，浙江光伏行業迎來搶裝熱潮。近日，在浙江省衢州市碗窯鄉，當地9個行政村以“飛地聯建”模式集中資源投建的江山烏骨雞養殖共富聯合體瓦屋頂光伏項目成功并網投產，不僅滿足了企業自身用電需求，降低企業運行成本，同時抓住政策紅利，余電全額上網，實現了“共富資金”項目效益最大化。
