Intel下代桌面級酷睿Nova Lake處理器將采用全新的LGA1954接口，這意味著用戶需要更換主板來適配新的處理器。不過，好消息是，新接口的尺寸保持不變，仍為45x37.5毫米，與12/13/14代酷睿的LGA1700、二代酷睿Ultra的LGA1851完全一致，安裝孔距也未改變，因此散熱器可以繼續使用，無需更換。LGA1954接口屬于Socket V系列，是該系列的最新版本。盡管接口頻繁更新，但Intel在尺寸和兼容性方面的考慮，為用戶帶來了一定的便利。
