粽葉飄香端午至，正是執(zhí)行攻堅時。金湖法院利用節(jié)假日被執(zhí)行人返鄉(xiāng)有利時機,開展集中執(zhí)行行動。
根據(jù)前期摸排案件情況，早上五點，執(zhí)行局干警兵分五路趕赴執(zhí)行地點。同時，公安機關(guān)干警參與集中執(zhí)行，為執(zhí)行行動提供信息支持和安全保障。
據(jù)統(tǒng)計，本次執(zhí)行行動共出動執(zhí)行干警24人，8輛車，拘傳被執(zhí)行人13名，執(zhí)結(jié)完畢案件9件，和解6件，拘留2人，實際執(zhí)行到位709421.47元，和解標(biāo)的311730元。
