五臺(tái)山作為中國(guó)四大佛教名山之首(與峨眉山、普陀山、九華山并列),正從傳統(tǒng)朝圣地向“文化+康養(yǎng)”綜合體轉(zhuǎn)型,其歷史地位和現(xiàn)代發(fā)展具有獨(dú)特性和代表性。五臺(tái)山是文殊菩薩的道場(chǎng),自東漢佛教傳入中國(guó)后逐漸成為佛教中心,北魏至唐代達(dá)到鼎盛,現(xiàn)存47座寺廟(如顯通寺、塔院寺等),其中多座被列為世界文化遺產(chǎn)(2009年列入《世界遺產(chǎn)名錄》)。五臺(tái)山融合了佛教文化、古建藝術(shù)(唐代木構(gòu)建筑南禪寺、佛光寺)、自然景觀(五峰環(huán)繞),被譽(yù)為“中國(guó)古建博物館”。歷史上多位皇帝(如北魏孝文帝、清康熙、乾隆)曾巡禮五臺(tái)山,賦予其“皇家圣地”的政治象征意義。
Wutai Mountain, as the top of the four famous Buddhist mountains in China (alongside Mount Emei, Mount Putuo and Mount Jiuhua), is transforming from a traditional pilgrimage site to a "culture + health care" complex. Its historical status and modern development are unique and representative. Wutai Mountain is the sacred place of Manjusri Bodhisattva. Since Buddhism was introduced to China during the Eastern Han Dynasty, it gradually became the center of Buddhism. It reached its peak from the Northern Wei Dynasty to the Tang Dynasty. There are still 47 temples (such as Xiantong Temple and Ta Yuan Temple), many of which have been listed as World Cultural Heritage Sites (included in the World Heritage List in 2009). Wutai Mountain integrates Buddhist culture, ancient architectural art (Tang Dynasty wooden structures such as Nan Chan Temple and Fo Guang Temple), and natural landscapes (surrounded by five peaks), and is known as the "Museum of Ancient Chinese Architecture". Many emperors in history (such as Emperor Xiaowen of the Northern Wei Dynasty, Emperor Kangxi and Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty) once paid homage to Wutai Mountain, endowing it with the political symbolic significance of being a "royal holy land".
五臺(tái)山景區(qū)是山西省旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)的核心支柱之一,2024年游客量約500萬(wàn)人次,夏季避暑和冬季朝圣形成季節(jié)性高峰。近年建成五臺(tái)山機(jī)場(chǎng)、高速公路網(wǎng),并規(guī)劃輕軌項(xiàng)目以緩解交通壓力。推出“智慧五臺(tái)山”數(shù)字化平臺(tái),通過VR技術(shù)展示寺廟文化;舉辦“五臺(tái)山國(guó)際文化旅游節(jié)”等節(jié)慶活動(dòng)。作為國(guó)家級(jí)自然保護(hù)區(qū),限制過度開發(fā),但旅游商業(yè)化(如民宿擴(kuò)建、商業(yè)街)與生態(tài)保護(hù)的平衡仍是挑戰(zhàn)。門票收入(135元/人)占比較大,二次消費(fèi)(住宿、購(gòu)物)仍有提升空間。山西省政府計(jì)劃到2025年將五臺(tái)山打造成“世界級(jí)旅游康養(yǎng)目的地”,預(yù)計(jì)年接待量突破800萬(wàn)人次。
Wutai Mountain Scenic Area is one of the core pillars of Shanxi Province's tourism economy. In 2024, it is expected to receive approximately 5 million visitors, with a seasonal peak formed by summer reresorts and winter pilgrimages. In recent years, Wutai Mountain Airport and the expressway network have been completed, and a light rail project has been planned to relieve traffic pressure. Launch the "Smart Wutai Mountain" digital platform to showcase temple culture through VR technology; Hold festivals and events such as the "Wutai Mountain International Cultural Tourism Festival". As a national-level nature reserve, excessive development is restricted, but the balance between tourism commercialization (such as the expansion of homestays and commercial streets) and ecological protection remains a challenge. Ticket revenue (135 yuan per person) accounts for a relatively large proportion, and there is still room for improvement in secondary consumption (accommodation and shopping). The Shanxi provincial government plans to build Wutai Mountain into a "world-class tourism and health care destination" by 2025, with an expected annual reception volume exceeding 8 million people.

行到水窮處,坐看云起時(shí)(王維),人間如夢(mèng),一樽還酹江月(蘇軾),這是一條通由“妙悟”而到達(dá)人生永恒的心靈之路,面對(duì)人生的目的(無(wú)目的)和存在的意義(無(wú)意義),抓住片刻當(dāng)下,珍惜人間情愛,這就是精神回歸的桃源之處。如何在多個(gè)同類型產(chǎn)品中脫穎而出、在去宗教化的前期下,尋找觀己·ANANDA的發(fā)展之道,是我們本案的主要切入點(diǎn),以五臺(tái)山為依托、精神療愈為空間場(chǎng)域,精神回歸為最終目的。禪是生命的態(tài)度 —— 禪是看清世間之后,真正認(rèn)識(shí)自己,禪是體悟生命實(shí)相之后的生活態(tài)度,活在當(dāng)下,回歸本真,塑造慢生活的體驗(yàn)空間、回歸自我的朝圣之地。

Zen is an attitude towards life - Zen is the true understanding of oneself after seeing the world clearly; Zen is the attitude towards life after comprehending the reality of life, living in the present, returning to the essence, creating an experience space for a slow life, and a pilgrimage site for returning to oneself.

However, there is a lifestyle that advocates returning to simplicity and nature, and that is the life of meditation.
二、空間美學(xué)
RESIDENTIAL DESIGN
五臺(tái)山觀己·ANANDA,并非單純的居住空間,而是一種生活態(tài)度的具象化呈現(xiàn)。其設(shè)計(jì)靈感源自禪宗文化,著重于人與自然的和諧共生,以及對(duì)內(nèi)心平和寧?kù)o的追求。在觀己·ANANDA的設(shè)計(jì)層面,大量自然元素得以巧妙運(yùn)用。木材、石材以及松柏等元素隨處可見,這些材料所散發(fā)出來的自然氣息,能讓人真切感受到大自然的溫暖與親切。與此同時(shí),該空間對(duì)于布局和光影的運(yùn)用極為考究。通過精心設(shè)計(jì),即便在有限的空間范圍內(nèi),入住者也能體會(huì)到無(wú)盡的寧?kù)o與舒適。
Wutai Mountain Guanji ·ANANDA is not merely a living space, but a concrete manifestation of a lifestyle attitude. Its design inspiration comes from Zen culture, emphasizing the harmonious coexistence of humans and nature, as well as the pursuit of inner peace and tranquility. At the design level of Guanji ANANDA, a large number of natural elements are ingeniously utilized. Elements such as wood, stone and pine and cypress can be seen everywhere. The natural atmosphere exuded by these materials can make people truly feel the warmth and intimacy of nature. Meanwhile, this space is extremely meticulous in the layout and the application of light and shadow. Through meticulous design, even within a limited space, residents can experience endless tranquility and comfort.
