財聯社6月4日電，越南國會常務委員會當地時間6月3日下午通過了《人口法令》第十條修正案，該修正案自通過之日起立即生效。新法規規定，每對夫妻及個人可基于平等原則，依據年齡、健康狀況、學習條件、工作性質、收入水平及育兒能力等因素，自主決定生育時間、子女數量及生育間隔。
