去年9月，中國盲人足球隊在巴黎殘奧會上闖到了世界第五的位置。回顧中國隊在巴黎的比賽，不乏可圈可點之處：客場迎戰(zhàn)東道主法國、逼平衛(wèi)冕冠軍巴西、力克土耳其和摩洛哥……教練員王桂順在賽后接受采訪，為隊伍展現(xiàn)的過硬技術(shù)和頑強(qiáng)精神打了滿分。

　　不久前，2024年全國盲人足球錦標(biāo)賽在福建福州舉行，王桂順在場邊為國家隊未來可能面臨的新老交替物色起好苗子。近日，他接受記者專訪時表示，巴黎殘奧會后，中國盲足進(jìn)入了發(fā)展新周期，應(yīng)為新的征程做足準(zhǔn)備。

　　自2008年在北京殘奧會亮相摘銀以來，中國盲人足球隊已在連續(xù)5屆殘奧會上展現(xiàn)風(fēng)采，成為世界盲人足球項目一支不可忽視的勁旅。“我們已經(jīng)具備了與世界頂級球隊一較高下的實力。”但王桂順坦言，在世界舞臺上站穩(wěn)腳跟并更進(jìn)一步絕非易事。從近幾次國際性賽事的表現(xiàn)看，巴西隊?wèi){借其深厚的足球底蘊(yùn)和出色的綜合實力占據(jù)領(lǐng)先地位，阿根廷、法國等隊技術(shù)與沖擊相結(jié)合的打法也極具威脅。

　　“亞洲范圍內(nèi)，伊朗、日本、泰國等國的盲足發(fā)展勢頭也十分迅猛，我們必須不斷努力，才能保持競爭力。”針對國際對手的不同打法，王桂順提出應(yīng)對策略。“我們可以借鑒國外優(yōu)秀球隊的經(jīng)驗，豐富自己的戰(zhàn)術(shù)體系，為國家隊培養(yǎng)更多全面型人才。”

　　隨著新周期開啟，新的備戰(zhàn)工作緊鑼密鼓地展開。王桂順表示，中國盲足未來幾年的主要目標(biāo)是2028年洛杉磯殘奧會，在此期間舉行的幾次國際賽事，將是提升隊伍水平的重要途徑。

　　“比如明年舉辦的IBSA男子盲人足球國家杯等比賽，都是錘煉隊伍的重要節(jié)點。目前我們進(jìn)行的國際交流還相對偏少，除了常規(guī)的國際賽事，我們還需要加強(qiáng)跟國外隊伍的常態(tài)化交流，累積與國外強(qiáng)隊交手的經(jīng)驗，學(xué)習(xí)其先進(jìn)理念。”王桂順說。

　　王桂順透露，目前國家隊正著手準(zhǔn)備選拔新人，平穩(wěn)度過新老交替的過程，同時總結(jié)經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn)，針對性地解決現(xiàn)有問題。“目前，隊伍在把握進(jìn)球機(jī)會方面還有待提高，我們將在訓(xùn)練中增加相應(yīng)練習(xí)，還要加強(qiáng)管理，優(yōu)化訓(xùn)練方法，保證隊員們在關(guān)鍵時刻發(fā)揮出訓(xùn)練水平。”他說。

　　國家隊水平與國內(nèi)盲足項目開展?fàn)顩r密不可分。從今年全國盲人足球錦標(biāo)賽上看，盲足項目正呈現(xiàn)出良好的發(fā)展態(tài)勢。“今年共有16支隊伍參賽，這是近年來隊伍數(shù)量較多的一次。”王桂順認(rèn)為，各支隊伍間的交流與切磋，促進(jìn)了彼此的進(jìn)步，也為后續(xù)訓(xùn)練提供了有益借鑒。比賽中涌現(xiàn)的一批年輕球員，也展現(xiàn)出巨大的潛力。

在王桂順看來，要鞏固和提升中國盲足的世界地位，還需進(jìn)一步做好基礎(chǔ)工作。“首先，要繼續(xù)加大普及力度，利用盲校等資源開展盲人足球活動、提供更好的訓(xùn)練條件，吸引更多人參與其中，讓更多有潛力的運(yùn)動員嶄露頭角，擴(kuò)大選材范圍。另一方面，也要注重提升教練業(yè)務(wù)水平，通過開展培訓(xùn)、組織訓(xùn)練營等方式，讓教練們更好地掌握先進(jìn)的訓(xùn)練方法和理念。”

　　“從擴(kuò)大普及面和提升教練隊伍水平上長遠(yuǎn)布局，為整個項目的可持續(xù)發(fā)展夯實基礎(chǔ)，中國盲足還能走得更遠(yuǎn)。”王桂順說。
