4.碗中打入4個蛋黃,繼續攪拌均勻。加入10克煉乳,再次攪勻。混合好的蛋撻液過篩2遍,細膩順滑,沒有氣泡。
5.用小勺將準備好的榴蓮果肉泥均勻地鋪在每個蛋撻皮的底部,大約占撻皮容量的三分之一。過篩好的蛋撻液緩緩倒入撻皮中,倒至八九分滿,即可。
6.預熱烤箱!上下火200℃,預熱時間10-15分鐘。烤盤放入預熱好的烤箱中層,上下火200℃,烘烤20-25分鐘。
5.當看到蛋撻表面呈現漂亮的焦糖色斑點,撻餡凝固并微微鼓起,可以出爐啦!剛出爐的蛋撻非常燙,一定要小心取出,放在晾網上稍微冷卻幾分鐘。
